The hotel is a beautiful French style of architecture. Sao Paulo architecture is mostly modernist and minimalist so its relaxing to stay in a classic style building that's pleasurable to the eyes. Also, friendly staff that speaks English.

Very nice hotel, in safe area, breakfast buffet is excellent - good staff in Service. some nice little restaurants around the hotel, with good food & drinks

Comfy room. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and piano player every day. A good gym also. It was close to my office and the staffing was really supportive.

Its was my second time there. The breakfast and staff are great, and I love the special touch of piano sound during breakfast. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Gym well equipped, spa massage is wonderful, and the only minus is the lack of a outdoor swimming pool

The breakfast is amazing. I strongly recommend. The staff is also great. The bed is nice. The room is comfortable either. They also gave me an upgrade with no cost. <3

Breakfast was excellent. The staff very helpful. Room and facilities overall very clean. And the hotel is very well located. Worth the price.
