Everything was extremely clean and organized. The room was spacious with a balcony. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful. The decor and atmosphere was elegant and wonderful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the hotel was amazing and had a very large variety of protein and fresh fruit.

The hotel is a beautiful French style of architecture. Sao Paulo architecture is mostly modernist and minimalist so its relaxing to stay in a classic style building that's pleasurable to the eyes. Also, friendly staff that speaks English.

Good location, great breakfast! The rooms are spacious with silent central AC. Older wood furniture gives it a time capsule vibe! The staff was friendly.

Nice breakfast restaurant. Very polite and nice staff. Special thanks to Ms. Isabella Carvalho. She speaks good English. She is warm and friendly, making me feel at home. I will come back to stay in this hotel. 👍

Great location about 10 minutes from the center, everything is within walking distance, the room was spacious and the breakfast was very good.

Dear Gran Estanplaza Berrini, We appreciate our stay; it was our first few days in São Paulo! The breakfast was very good, and the area was beautiful. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the rooms were a bit old, and the bed sheets had some stains. Best regards,

Comfy room. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and piano player every day. A good gym also. It was close to my office and the staffing was really supportive.
